About the Hub

Dr. Natashia L Conner, Ph.D., IBCLC, Founder & Executive Steward- The Conner Equity Hub Foundation.
I founded The Conner Equity Hub Foundation to turn lived experience, rigorous scholarship, and community partnership into a lasting engine for change. Conner sits at the center because names carry lineage and responsibility—this work is a promise to my family, to Black mothers and babies, and to every community that deserves to thrive.
From clinical lactation support to research and training, from storytelling to systems change, the Hub unites my life’s work under one purpose: preserving legacy, advancing equity, and empowering generations. Here, advocacy and enterprise, art and evidence, healing and leadership all move in the same direction—toward a future where our families are well, our stories are honored, and our systems are just.

Our Pillars
-
Integrity — We lead transparently, honor WHO‑Code–aligned practices, and steward resources with care.
-
Equity — We confront bias and dismantle barriers in lactation, maternal–infant health, and community wellbeing.
-
Legacy — We protect our intellectual property, center family and community lineage, and build structures that endure.
-
Knowledge — We translate research into training, policy insight, and practical tools for providers and families.
-
Healing — We hold space for whole‑person care—clinical competence, cultural humility, and community restoration.
